OASPA member organisations pay the following fees. All fees are in Euros (EUR) and based on a calendar year.

- Professional Publishers (Small) – €406.00
- Professional Publishers (Medium) – €1,623.00
- Professional Publishers (Large) – €5,355.00
- Professional Publishers (Very Large) – €10,140.00
- Scholar Publishers – €94.00
- Infrastructure & Services (Commercial) – €811.00
- Infrastructure & Services (Non-Commercial) – €406.00
Size of Professional Publishing Organisations is determined by total annual publishing revenue (Small = below €500,000; Medium = between €500,000 and €5,000,000; Large = between €5,000,000 and €100,000,000; Very Large = above €100,000,000). New members joining OASPA after August 31st are charged half the yearly membership dues for that calendar year.
