Owner	Suomalaisen Kirjallisuuden Seura (Finnish Literature Society) is a scholarly society. The highest decision-making body of SKS is the annual meeting. The election committee makes a presentation to the annual meeting about the members to be elected to the delegation, which in turn elects the Board of Directors, which is responsible for SKS’s operations. The Board is assisted by various expert committees. The activities of SKS are directed by the Secretary General. SKS is divided into six sections, according to its tasks.
