Initiatives	We are part of several agreements for publishing open access via the national Swedish Consortium Bibsam, which gives our researchers quite good options to publish without having to pay publication costs themselves, at least when it comes to journal articles. We have recently created a platform for publishing OA journals within our University. At the library, we have just worked out guidelines for OA initiatives at our local level and us seeking membership with OASPA is a concrete result of this work.
