Complaint Policy | We do not have a specific policy on complaints but we do have a full-time staff member for customer support who can triage based on the type of query or complaint received. Initiatives | Our subscription-based journals are hybrid and enable authors to purchase OA for their articles. We also provide authors with the option to make the accepted version of their paper accessible through the green OA route at no charge and with no embargo. We are exploring transformative agreements and in 2021, established our first transformative agreement with the University of California. |
