Publication Charge Policy	Fees for publication of monographs and anthologies are determined on a case-by-case basis in advance, based on manuscript scope and production complexity. Our journals have varying policies regarding fees; some charge APCs, and others do not (see individual journal websites for more detailed information).

Peer Review Policy	Manuscripts submitted to NOASP or a journal published by NOASP are subjected to external peer review. The decision to accept or reject a manuscript submitted to a journal is based on comments from at least two reviewers in a double-blind process. Editorials, book reviews and similar, are not necessarily peer-reviewed. Peer review for book manuscripts is single-blind, with one reviewer.
