Publication Charge Policy	An APC is charged for research articles, reviews and short notes (book reviews, commentaries and editorials are published free of charge). This charge is used to finance the whole publication and archiving process, including peer review, editing, proof-reading and copy-editing, and hosting and maintenance of the journal archives. Waiver requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Peer Review Policy	Manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process, and at least 2 review reports per manuscript are collected before being sent to the Editor(s)-in-Chief of the journals for decision. All reviewers must fulfill Cogitatio’s selection criteria to guarantee the quality of the review (1. be a recognized expert in the field; 2. hold a PhD degree; 3. not have worked with the author(s) for the last 5 years; 4. not be affiliated with the same institution as the author(s)).
