Peer Review Policy	Journals operate double blind peer review. All articles undergo an initial assessment by the journal editor. If they are considered suitable for consideration, articles will then be a reviewed by a minimum of two external reviewers to assess suitability for publication. Final responsibility for editorial decisions rests with the Editor-in-Chief of the journal.
Initiatives	– New open access programme launched September 2017– Effective September 2017, Emerald has made a significant change to its green open access policy and removed the embargo period across all journals.– International Journal of Climate Change Strategies and Management flipped to open access effective 2018 volume onwards.– Publish 300 subscription journals that all offer a hybrid OA option – Established OA partnerships with national consortia see http://www.emeraldgrouppublishing.com/oapartnerships.htm – Early adopters of UK HEFCE requirements to make a closed deposit within 3 months of acceptance (we allow deposit immediately on acceptance and attach the author post print to the acceptance email to support authors).
