Copyright and Licensing Policy
All articles published open access will be immediately and permanently free for everyone to read, download, copy and distribute. IJSPT/NASMI’s policies are compatible with all major funders open access and self-archiving mandates. As such, IJSPT/NASMI does not require authors of original (primary) research papers to assign copyright of their published contributions. Authors will retain copyright alongside scholarly usage rights and IJSPT/NASMI will be granted non-exclusive publishing and distribution rights. While authors retain all copy-right to their work, authors will also grant IJSPT/NASMI a non-exclusive license to publish their work. Authors can reuse their papers in their future printed work without requiring permission from the publisher of the journal. All articles publishing in the IJSPT will be published under the CC BY-NC license. This license allows others to download the creative works and share them with others as long as they credit the authors and journal, but they can’t change the works in any way or use them commercially. This provides an industry-standard framework to support easy re-use of open access material.NASMI LICENSE TO PUBLISH TERMS:In consideration of NASMI/IJSPT evaluating the Contribution for publication (and publishing the Contribution if the NASMI/IJSPT so decides) the Author(s) grant to NASMI/IJSPT for the full term of their copyright and any extensions thereto, subject to clause 2 below, the right and irrevocable license (a) to edit, adapt, publish, reproduce, distribute, display and store the Contribution in all forms, formats and media whether now known or hereafter developed (including without limitation in print, digital and electronic form) throughout the world; (b) to translate the Contribution into other languages;(c) to license others to do any or all of the above, including but not limited to the right to grant readers the right to use the Contribution under the Creative Commons license CC BY-NC; and (d) to re-license article metadata without restriction (including but not limited to author name, title, abstract, citation, references, keywords and any additional information, as determined by NASMI/IJSPT).Ownership of the copyright in the Contribution remains with the Author(s).

Peer Review Process Link
Peer Review Policy
All submissions to the journal are initially reviewed by the Editor and Associate Editors. At this stage, manuscripts may be rejected without peer review if it is felt that they are not of high enough priority or not relevant to the journal. This fast rejection process means that authors are given a quick decision and do not need to wait for the review process. Manuscripts that are not instantly rejected are sent out for double blind peer review, usually to two independent reviewers. Based on the feedback from these reviewers and the Editors’ judgment a decision is given on the manuscript. Manuscripts may also be sent out for statistical review. The editors and reviewers of IJSPT treat all submitted manuscripts as confidential documents, which means they will not divulge information about a manuscript to anyone without the authors’ permission nor use knowledge of its contents for their own benefit. During the process of manuscript review, the following people may have access to manuscripts: Editors and editorial staff and the external peer reviewers. The average time from submission to first decision is 38 days.
