NowOpen books, published as Gold Open Access, are freely available online under a Creative Commons license. Authors and editors retain the copyrights to all their content published as Open Access. Print copies of books for which the e-book is published as Open Access are available. Only authors and editors of books accepted after review and submission are charged a Book Processing Charge (BPC), and the payment process begins after the manuscript has been accepted for production. Peer Review Process Link
Peer Review Policy
The publisher first evaluates all manuscripts which are received. Manuscripts rejected at this stage are insufficiently original, have insufficient market potential, make poor use of the English language, or are outside the scope of our publishing program. Those that meet the minimum criteria are passed on to an editor or other expert for review. Whenever possible, reviewers are matched to the paper according to their expertise
Several of our subscription journals offer hybrid Open Access schemes, where the authors of a paper published in the journal may opt to have their paper published as Open Access.

Starting January 2022 we will take over the publication of the journal “APSIPA Transactions on Signal and Information Processing” from Cambridge University Press, ISSN: 2048-7703 (Print), 2048-7703 (Online). This journal is already indexed in the DOAJ.
