Peer Review Process Link
Peer Review Policy	The purpose of peer review is to improve the manuscript with expert advice. PRNANO prefers single-blind peer review. We consider peer review a form of closed scientific discussion between authors and reviewers moderated by the Editor. The first step in this discussion is an overall assessment of merit and quality by the EiC and an Expert Editor, followed by soliciting independent opinion(s) from experts. Authors neither have to agree with every comment nor must accept those but must respond to every suggestion in a separate letter and improve their manuscript accordingly. During the peer-review process, every professional comment will be considered. Reviewers are advisors only, and the Editor-in-Chief with the Handling Editor bears all responsibilities for a decision. Dissenting opinions regarding decisions may be conveyed in an email to the Editor-in-Chief and will be followed up as described in our policies.
