Publication Charge Policy
Article Publication Charge (APC): 300.00 (EUR) The APC paid by the journal covers all publication costs (editorial processes; web hosting; indexing; marketing; archiving; DOI registration etc) and ensures that all of the content is fully open access. This approach maximises the potential readership of publications and allows the journal to be run in a sustainable way.

Peer Review Policy
http://www.stockholmuniversitypress.se/site/peer-review-policies

All journal articles are sent for external peer review under the supervision of each respective Editor-in-Chief. The press provides the option of open peer review, if required. The review process should be transparent and managed through an online submission and review system.

Books are reviewed by internal or external experts during the proposal procedure, and then reviewed by external reviewers (may or may not be the same persons who looked at the proposal) in its full version before it can be accepted for publication. Revisions and final decisions are based on the recommendations from the appointed reviewers as well as by an advisory board. An open review procedure can be arranged at the discretion of the authors. The review process should be transparent and open to scrutiny, and will be managed with an online system.

Editorial teams have full access to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines, and editors and editorial boards receive ethical guidance and are offered to be included in professional networks about publishing. All of our journals and books should adhere to the COPE guidelines for best practice.
Initiatives
The main policy at Stockholm University policy is to highly recommend OA publishing with a CC-BY licence, applicable to all faculties and institutions.
