Publication Charge Policy	At the TU Delft OPEN there are no book- or article processing charges for institutional author(s). As exemption, a non-commercial contribution may be requested by a specific journal. Costs associated with the creation of a publication are mostly carried by the authors. Specific requests may be done at a minimum cost and will be recovered from the author. This will be done with the approval of the author(s).
