The material cannot be used for commercial purposes.Authors retain copyright of their work, with first publication rights granted to VGTU Press.

Complaint Policy
An author, reviewer, reader, or other person having a complaint against the journal or editors should speak directly to the publisher in the first instance. Wherever possible, the complaint will be dealt with by the relevant publishing or editorial person. If the resolution is not satisfactory it will be passed to a more senior person for further resolution.

VILNIUS TECH supports Open Access and covers major part of journal publishing costs. Eight out of 15 VILNIUS TECH journals are published with no article processing charge (APC). For the rest of the journals APCs are partially covered by VILNIUS TECH and partnering organizations. Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts undergo preliminary evaluation at the editorial level and those considered to be of significant importance are peer reviewed to ensure the quality of the material published. Manuscripts are sent out for review electronically. Journals operate double-blind or single-blind peer-review method. Specific details are included in the Guidelines for Reviewers and Guidelines for Authors.
